I have made a few changes in my swing the last few months; here are the main changes:
1) Standing a bit more upright and not as bent over anymore, it caused me to swing too far right and bust through "the wall."
2) I have changed to what feels like to me more of a random release instead of a snap release. Now can i confirm this by video? No, but really it's all about what it feels like to me. I definately don't try and get to a maximum trigger delay anymore and it really seems my ballstriking has jumped up about 3-4x what it was.
3) My backswing is now up the elbow plane to a "flatter" looking turned shoulder plane versus going straight up the TSP and getting my hands higher and then reverse shifting back down to the elbow plane.
-----------------------
Now it really wasn't until i did 3 that i became extremely consistent and felt, at least to me, that i wasn't forcing anything in my downswing.
So why does it seem my shift seems easier doing a double shift than a reverse shift?
Thanks
