Just got my new camera the other day and have been able to film a few swings with it. Just wondering if anybody else has any advice on the use of different settings. I was also wondering about the CMOS sensor and what exactly it is. I was under the impression it was a backlight feature that would allow you to tape under low light conditions. I have only had time to fiddle with the setting a bit and it appears that the 210fps gives the best quality but the face and shaft are a bit blurry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You have to put the camera in SHUTTER SPEED PRIORITY and have the shutter adjusted to about 1/1250 under most conditions.

420fps works great on the camera.
