Hello Folks,
Here is a little timeline to show you what things have been like in Manzella-World, and will be like during the last few few days.
Saturday: Left BOSTON, where I attended the MIT Summit and flew to LOUISVILLE, where after getting off the plane, I played my first 18-hole round of golf in 2 months. I had a lost ball snowman (8), played the rest of the round +1, for a 76. Drove to my apartment , showered, and ate a Salmon Griller at Outback. Slept real hard.
Sunday: Figured out I was running out of clean slacks for my upcoming travels, and went to my teaching facility in Louisville for 320 balls of rare practice and 6 lessons. Drove to my apartment, packed in a mad rush, and loaded up Ryan Smither's Jeep for our trip to Augusta. Actually had a Video Chat with Mike Finney from the hills of Northern Tennessee while we drove. Stopped at the Days Inn—in an unknown location—at 1:30 am. Slept even harder.
Monday: Woke up at 6 am. We are driving to Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia, to play the Chateau course at 11:48 am. After the round, we will drive two hours to another Days Inn in Augusta Georgia.
Tuesday: Attend the Masters and take lots of video we will post on this site.
Wednesday: Attend the Masters for a second day and shoot more video. Leave Augusta at 5pm and drive as far toward Nashville as we can.
Thursday: Play golf in Nashville and fly home to New Orleans.
Friday: Attend our large family Good Friday seafood fest.
Saturday: Catch a 6am flight with my sweetie to Tampa, Florida. Arrive in Tampa at 8:45am and make a mad dash in my Hertz #1 Club Golf rental car to make my 9:45am tee time at Old Memorial (very private club/great course/super staff/even better food). This begins a three day private school I am giving there.
Sunday: Old Memorial and some beach time in St. Pete.
Monday: More Old Memorial and more beach time in St. Pete!
Tuesday: Private lessons in St. Pete area and fly to Louisville Tuesday night.
Wednesday: Teach all day in Louisville. Sleep a lot.
