I am trying to gain the feeling of having extensor action throughout my swing. I know I had some sort of action prior, but extensor may not have been a big part! When I focus on having Extensor Action on the downswing, I can feel it. My one question...as I feel the extensor action on my backswing, and I feel the extensor action keeping the structure of my power package, how do I know if (while trying to maintain extensor action) that I am not pulling TOO much. Meaning...I feel the stretch on my left side as I take the club back, but I want to ensure I am not feeling too much stretch/pull.
Make any sense?
