I'm over nurses. But that's another story.
Ok, Scandres, off the top of my head:
Vision and Eyesight are different. Eyesight is a part of vision...20-20 or whatever.
Vision has many components, depth perception, acuity, peripheral vision, fixation (maintaining steady central gaze), Saccadic movements (ability to focus from one point to the other), Foveal Fix (imprinting an image on the seeing cells which last for about 8 seconds), and visual accuracy (seeing and interpreting information quickly and accurately).
I don't know the exact exercises he does for his problems and it's very difficult to explain it without showing the images he is "staring" at. But try this next time you are putting: if you are a right-hander, close your right eye while you are over the putt and see what you see.
Practice holding your gaze on one dimple as a form of meditation.
Hold your thumbs in front of your face about 3 inches apart and see if you can make them merge into one visually and be able to hold it.
This stuff is really important and I'd recommend either seeing a sports optometrist or coming to our golf school in Australia.
