Faster backswing???

I just read this on Chuck Evans golf swing. Theoretically it may be correct, but if everyone tried to speed up thir backswing, I believe it might wreck havoc.. Thoughts

"YOUR hands are the belt and any attempt to speed them up in
the downstroke changes what's called the "surface speed" of
the clubhead and SLOWS it down!

If you want to swing down fast then simply take the club back
faster so that the back and down speeds match...just like the
belt in the diagram."

Backswing SPEED only effects the loading....but this is important....and why a slow, slow backswing is really junk for all but the strongest players.

Shaft loading? Like you talked about in "Confessions"?

I think you said something like: "The backswing should be able to do some work."

This is why people say that Hogan is turning his hips forwards before he has completed his backswing - pure junk and physically impossible.

His clubshaft is just loading/stressing/getting lag, not still going back, as he starts down.
