Fatal flaw

I have been fighting the lefts all my golfing life, and in a way, I thank God for it because trying to overcome it has been a rewarding journey. My fatal flaw is this....the dad-burned toe of the club gets to the ball before the heel. Using brian's hinge action as described in Never Slice Again, his twistaway method has been my natural hinge action. I note that if I swing on a horizontal plane that my right elbow stays under my left. If bend over and make the same motion the right elbow folds and stays inside my left. I have been hitting many balls lately doing nothing but looking at my right elbow, making sure it stays inside my left, even what feels into the followthrough. To do so, notice several things that must happen. 1. as my shoulders turn into the backswing they become closed to the targetline and they have to stay closed longer than what i am used to.2. my right shoulder, as crazy as this sounds, feels like it comes to impact ahead and inside my left. I have hit some delicous push-like shots which I enjoy as a reprieve from my pull-hooks. What do you think?

On the downswing, you are shifting to a plane which is skewed to the right. To avoid pushing it, you need more left arm roll to curve it back toward the target.
