I've really been working on the flat left wrist for awhile with no luck. I have the grip down, I bend my right wrist straight back. On slow practice swings I can get my wrist flat at the top of my back swing, it does feel a little awkward. But watching a video of myself today, full speed the cup was still there at the top. What other factors should I check that I am missing? Any other drills to try? I really want to get this down!!!!
