Imagine that your HANDS travel UP a water-slide(the backyard kind) on the backswing and down the water slide on the down swing.

Scrape the 'paint' off of your right hand fingernails on the backswing (not the tips)...

and Scrape the finger PRINTS on the downswing.

Not really possible to scrape your fingerprints on the slide on the way down...but you can try. If you scrape your nails (again) on the way down you'll prolly go over the top.
