Got the video out a couple of weeks ago when my iron play went to crap. I fell into an old habit of overswing on the backstroke and flipping through the ball.
Put a lot of work in on the range, video and lasers and got the iron swing looking real nice.
Could of sworn I had the driver >swing< looking like the irons only really poor results. Got out the laser and that prompted the previous question.
Got out the video and to my horror....iron swing looked decent still but driver was worse than previously bad iron swing. FUGLY!!!
So the question is this....where do I want to aim my hands for the driver? I still want them to be forward of the clubhead, right? But...as far forward as say a 7iron?
I think one of the problems that caused me to continue the ugly driver swing is that I get my hands too far ahead of the ball on the driver and end up leaving it open.
