What do you all think of using a forward press? It seems to work for me.
FORWARD PRESS
The forward movement of the hands and(or) body by the golfer from his previously static address position, to: rehearse impact, start the swing more smoothly, as a trigger, etc.
Do I like it?
Well...I used to teach it to almost everyone, now that I know better, I use it—just like 100's of other things in my toolbox—when I, and my student, need it.
Do I like the idea of it?
Sure.
But if it doesn't work for you.....don't do it!
