excellent book, I studied it in college during my research years, read it with the physics phd at my university - dr. singh he was brilliant as was the author.... dr singh was a great help to me, he was very much like a dr zick

the everyday person would need some assistance reading it

I've read bits n pieces of this book in the past, it didn't make me a better golfer. It is more for the researcher than the golfer.

I've said it once, I'll say it again: brianmanzella.com/forum--the BEST golf community on the net!

Whereas the Jorgensen book went over my head, I think the Dante and Jones books will be more accessible.

Whoa! There's a second edition? I have the first- the preface is missing in the preview so I'm not sure what's different.

This book has been praised and panned here before, but I find it very useful from a scientific perspective. Not that it will help the average golfer, but it helps separate fact from fiction which might get you going down the right path in understanding. A little college math or engineering doesn't hurt either.

I thought I heard that Jorgensen passed away last year unfortunately.
