How important is it that the right arm be visible under the left arm starting down. Does that mean the golfer is not flattening the shaft? Any concern?

Conversely, if your rear right arm is well above the lead left arm starting down, you will have a classic "flying elbow"... that must be quickly tucked down below the lead arm and into the torso, or else you will have an extreme OTT situation. Concern? Ya think??!!!

All things equal, I would say its a concern

Yup, the club is going to be too steep and you are going to have to compensate, like stand up at impact so you don't stick the club in the ground.

Thanks, standing up is exactly what I do. Would the cure just simply let the club fall back slightly? I also fight swinging to the right.

Make sure you're getting an honest view with what the camera is seeing. I believe lens height can make this look quite different.

Not to hijack the thread here, but conversely is it a good/bad thing is the right elbow is visible at the top of the backswing? Also, what is it an indication of if it is visible?
