From David Toms to Lil Zach

I took my son Zach to see Brian and company at his Golf School in Louisville. Zach is 14 years old, 5 foot and 80 pounds. He could hit the ball half way decent but was very, very inconsistent. He was lucky if he could hit the ball more than 150 yards with ANY club.

By the end of the school he was striking the ball extremely well and the smile on his face every time he hit his drives about 175+ yards was priceless. He is excited to play golf now and is now "bugging" me about getting out on the course. Prior to the school I had to "drag" him out there to get him to play; mainly because he had no confidence in his ability.

Zach is well on his way to a very enjoyable life of playing golf without having to go through all the guessing/struggles most of us went through when we started.

Whether you are a touring pro or a 80 pound weakling Brian (and Chris/Mike and Tom) can put some "game" into your golf.

They put some more into mine and I was just "watching"

If you got a young son you want to get on the right track send him to one of Brian's schools.

Thanks Brian

Ray: Zach is very fortunate to have a father like you and Brian as a coach. You have managed to bypass the garbage pop instruction and put him in a good place golf wise. Success and improvement are inevitable. How are your legs working now in your swing and how are you gettting along with your game?

Hue,
I;m playing with allot of confidence and scoring well most of the time (for me, scoring well is 80-82). Homer said your attetnion span must be at least as long as your golf swing. I suffer sometimes in that area :>) - I'm expecting this season to be my best yet.......hoping to move into the high 70s

Ray: That is good. I know you had some doubts about how your game would progress at Canton. I remember saying I knew it would come together for you. I guess it is easier to see someone else's progress than your own.
