Exactly what i was thinking....they probably got stronger and started hitting instinctively which predominately is the turned shoulder plane.

We gotta hunt this guy down and get him. But, I'll bet he probably meant that as his upper body strength increased he started to use it and hit more as Jim said.

I wonder how the guy overcame the tendency to Angle Hinge through Impact when he started Hitting more.

Easy, it's called leakage or throwaway. Throw in just a little bit of throwaway, just enough to close the face enough to hit your straight and/or draw.

I don't buy that.

Where does it say he overcame the tendency to Angle Hinge? You can hit perfectly straight and somewhat powerful golf shots with an angled hinge.

Right Arm Thrust tends to produce Angled Hinging (10-19-0).

The guy for the most part hits the ball dead straight. And, trust me he has no leakage or throw away. You can use any kind of hinge action with any kind of stroke if the hands are edumacated. Master's level of Execution ie, with and without Wristcock, with and without #3 Accumulator, with any Hinging, with any Plane Line Combination from any Ball Location, Hitting or Swinging, with Right forearm Takeaway and with a motionless Right Wrist. First thing Ben Ever TOLD me. This was after quizing me as to where my eyes were and where my mind was (still trying to figure that one out).

*Cough*....errr...I mean....

-does "THE GUY" in question UTILIZE an Angled Hinge???

;)
He does appear to most of the time but he can normally use anyone he wants, if he would get his lazy ass out and hit a few balls.

You see, I told you the guy doesn't have any leakage! I can hear and feel a mini earthquake when he hits the driver.

So we can label him as an Angled Hinging Swinger.
Which is probably why his natural ball flight is a fade.

This probably deserves another thread, but I think a lot of Four Barrel Swingers use Angled Hinging.
Homer didn't recommend anyone to try to use the Four Barrel Swinging Pattern. But we are talking about somone who was originally a Three Barreler, but as he got stronger, he inadvertently started adding some Right Arm Thrust and thus became a Four Barreler. Maybe in the 8th edition, they should say that to be a Four Barreler, you must eat more protein and pump iron.

There never will be an 8th edition. Maybe a Medicus Memoir or a Kool-Aid Kompendium.

But, that four-barrel swinger thing IS what he is doing, imho.
