Goler's Elbow

In my quest to perfect the LCT and float loading, I have now had 2 range sessions where I have had pain in my left elbow (right handed golf), and a twinge in my right elbow today. The first range session went very well, but I still had some pain afterwards. I was hitting off reasonabley thick mats that haven't caused me this problem before. Today's range session was sh*t and I finished with pain in both elbows.
What is it that causes the pain ? Is it worth posting some video ?

I went through a bout of this earlier this year using the de la Torre arm pivot swing. At setup, it was recommended to have both elbows bent with a centered set up. Coming through the ball, I could feel my arms, especially the left one and mostly with the driver, snapping straight which really stressed the elbow. I quickly gave up the bent elbow setup and the pain went away. That may be one place to look.

I have had some long bouts with left elbow pain. I think my issue is that I tend to try to keep the left arm too rigid rather than relying on right arm to keep a looser left arm extended through extensor action. When I start to notice this left elbow pain flaring up, I try to remind myself to loosen up left arm and let it bend and use right arm to extend it. I think having really rigid arms and hitting the ground hard can be a bad combo.
