if you look at the new golf mag with vj on the cover ,.it looks like r wrist it is cocked. if you bend your wrist back i don't think you would get the wrinkles at the place he has them. you bend you r wrist back and level (Check it out) key word LEVEL
I haven't seen the new Golf mag but past photos I have seen and the broadcast of today's Canadian Open showed Vijay with a flat left wrist and right wrist bent back.
If a golfer cocks both wrists, the left wrist usually will be cupped.
