May have some relevance to the Jacobs/Manzella work.
 
Excellent point. I appreciate that Jacobs/Manzella show no bias towards anything they've taught before nor do they work towards a 'hypotheses' because it could predestine the research. It's only about the science, and what can be physically measured. How many top instructors have admitted that what they used to teach was not entirely valid, or that they were wrong, or anything close to saying they could be wrong....

It's not just about the "what can be physically measured", it's also about the conclusions drawn from those measurements and how those conclusions relate to the swing and the implementation of those conclusions in relation to a particular golfer's swing. JMO.
