Grip Change Mid-Round

Brian have your thoughts changed on this at all? What are your thoughts on doing this to fade/draw it?

I tried to strengthen my grip the other day mid round. (alternating back and fourth depending on the shot) Stronger to help me draw it more.

All I know is...what happened to me is......

I shanked about 6 of my next ten shots. (whoa) Which subsequently caused my pictching wedge to become airborne and hit an electrical wire and become 2 halves of a full length pitching wedge.

Only one go at it. But so far......this experiment is not going well.

As S-M says:

This round:

Golf: 1
Me : 0

If you hit an electrical wire on the fly with a pitching wedge, I'd say you need to use your club throwing grip and take dead aim!

LOL!!! Unintentional golf club destruction is always amusing.

Grip the club naturally, and forget about all of that Vardon mess. I've believed for a long time that the grip is a major reason why most have a trouble with the game. We want to whip the club around at 115+, but we play with a fancy nancy boy grip. Most will foolishly disagree...

The golf god's laugh and the devil dances!

In the end the game beats everyone!

well i shanked the ball i just asked myself what the f did i just do.

Then i hit a couple of low punch shot on the tee box for fun and carry on.

Ya I asked what the fudge did I just do too. After letting off steam though I guess.

The devil does The Running Man.........!

Maybe I should rethink my strategy...

BTW- when I returned to my consciousness, and this Earth, from my blackout, I did notice my arms FINISHED extended in the direction of my club. (up in the air)

An unintentional reconfirmation/reminder of famous Brian Manzella lore.
