How does grip size effect Release?...does it?

I just switched to the natural golf grips. Really over-sized, because I was having problems with my right hand ( like arthritis ) and I have found no difference.
If you don't have the club under the heel pad, it doesn't make that much difference.
Swingers 'need' to get a grip small enough to properly fit under the heel pad.
Hitters tend to like larger grips because it is easier to feel the 'cup' of the right hand and it's bend back on the plane of the right forearm flying wedge.
Is your preference to hit Tom?

No, swing most of the time. No problem gripping under heel pad.
