Help Diagnosing High ball flight

I've been really pounding the ball this last week after making some changes to my swing from the building blocks video. I'm at least a club longer with my irons and I'm carrying the ball minimum 25 yards further with my driver. I hit my longest drive ever on 6 out of 14 driver holes I played yesterday. Anyway what was weird is that the ball was launching 1/3 higher than normal so although I was flying it really far, I wasn't getting much roll because the ball was coming down on such a steep angle.

I feel like I'm in a much better impact position now than I was prior to the changes- with my hands leading the clubhead into impact, but my ball is going 1/3 higher in the air. Shouldn't I be hitting the ball lower if my hands are leading the club more, and I'm hitting the ball more sold? I'm teeing the ball the same height and I think I'm hitting the same spot on the club face (just above center). Any ideas on what could be causing the extra high launch?

Thanks

Jeff

Building Blocks will give you more axis tilt for perhaps more launch. Also, that video might make you load the club differently and your shaft might be behaving differently as well thru impact

Thaks for the reply guys. There were several thing I changed from Building Blocks. The part about sequenced release has been the key that has helped the most because I had a really difficult time understanding how my wrists and hands were supposed to work in the downswing. I've picked up clubhead speed since the swing change. Could the abnormally high ball flight be the result of having too weak of a shaft?

I play a Taylormade Superquad 9.5 Stiff. Before the swing change, I used one of those pocket sized radar swing speed monitors and it said I had a driver swing averaging @ 109mph.
