Hey guys, just wanted some advice for my swing. I think i lose my spine angle at impact, flip alittle, swing too far from the inside and do not deloft the club that much. My usual shot is a high draw/hook. I dont get very good distance out of my irons. Im trying to turn my high draw/hook into a mid/low fade. Any help is appreciated.

Need a better pivot.

I try to expand on it later, but you have a left side that gets all out of whack because of your backswing.

Much easier to see from your "rear view."

Brian,

Just curious... what is you take on doing swing analysis on a "practice swing"? I've seen some requests for critique that are based on a swing that doesn't hit a ball (as in nick's). Personally I think I make a different motion when no ball is present. Is it based on the individual or do you think most golfers will exhibit the same tendencies with or without a ball?

Thanks,

Robbo

Here's what's wrong for me with these posts.

I try lots of different things- "feels". I can ask all the questions in the world, but it's very hard to communicate feel, and of course I often don't actually do what I think I'm doing. When I actually GO to see Brian, he will spend some time sorting through these things I've tried, suggest I discard the things that at best don't help, and adopt the ones that correct some of my flaws.

I could TALK about these all day long, even on the phone with Brian, but unless he has seen it, I don't really get anywhere.
