Please can you help with my swing.. Videos below ( filmed at work hence the clothes )

I feel VERY mechanical and stiff, I am following NSA and hitting the ball pretty good, can anyone see the obvious..

Thats not too bad of a swing. It looks like you could use more of an up component in the back swing so it doesn't get so around you and flat. You probably pull your shots left sometimes.
