Brian,

I was watching the soft draw pattern pretty intensely for the last couple of days. I was watching your down the line view of your toss demonstrations and had a question.

What looked like to me was a pitch backswing from like a building blocks pattern with the toss thrown in.

I have a few questions.

To me it seems very hard to hit a chip or pitch from a soft draw type of none pop-out takeaway. I bet you could do it but is your suggestion more to go with a building blocks type of pattern for this kind of shot?

Also when you accomplish your pitch it looks like your shoulders only turn about maybe 35 to 45 degrees closed to the target then your arms start to lift to get more on the turned shoulder plane, is this kind of the sequence you’re trying to employ for this pitch type backswing?

Thanks for the help Brian. I'll miss you this year in Ann Arbor.

Dave
