Higher attack angle

I just read the trackman article and some of those long drive contestants are hitting the ball with 8° angle of attack.....I suffer from a low launch angle, usually around 10° with the driver, I would like to get it to around 14°. I don't know what my angle of attack is but I am pretty sure it is not even close to that high. So now that we have this knowledge of what these ideal launch angles are, what do we need to change? What about moving the tee more forward and putting the ball higher? Is it simply more axis tilt? I know I need to swing left more I tend to swing inside out too much. What can a person do to move more toward ideal launch conditions?

Give me a couple of weeks, and I will have video + TrackMan numbers.

It's a combination of equiptment (shaft and COG of the driver head you choose is important) and swing. Won't steal brian's thunder but suffice it to say that some of the things you mentioned will help
