Hitting it Right

I have an issue that really makes playing or practicing miserable, so any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

I will be hitting quarter and half wedge shots perfect for about a half hour and then all of the sudden I will just start hitting them all right. Way right. I have battled this for years, and I can never make it stop no matter what I try, and I feel like I have tried everything. I have had a lesson from Brian, and I have all of the videos. I have tried most everything I can think of.

The strange thing is that this doesn't happen so much on full shots, and not much...or at least not as bad with higher lofted clubs. Also, it seems to happen when I start to get fatigued.
I don't think these are Sh*nks. I think what is happening is that the club is getting too straight up and down, which is making the face point out to the right.

If anyone has experienced this or has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. I need a swing thought to get me out of this when it starts. I am a 9 handicap, so I am a decent player, but I just can't figure out how to stop these. Please help!

Thanks.
