Hitting wedges thin

I played yesterday and hit all my wedges (PW, SW & GW) thin with NO DIVOT!

Ugh! How can you NOT take a divot with a SW? I don't know what's causing it, but if any of you have any suggestions why, by all means do tell :)

I have Brian's Flipper video and can do this on the range, but on the course, I revert back to throwing and flipping at impact.

Thanks for any help.

Boy, id like to be of more help but it sounds like you gotta find a way to bring the range to the course. Start "playing golf" on the range and put some self imposed pressure on yourself and play little games, imagining scearios on the course.

Golftrainer, I feel I`m qualified to answer your question and I`m not a teacher . I`m a hacker who had the same problem..Play the ball back in your stance, slightly open stance with weight on your left side 60-40. The secret, take the club straight up in front of you not inside and swing left at the ball...Now that worked for me and I had a problem taking divots. Brian and others will give you the answer but been there done that..just trying to help
