he also maximizes his driver launch conditions...to give you an idea Tiger swings faster than JB on average; also that isn't my opinion but the data collected on both people from Trackman systems at PGA events.

I'm a member at Oakland Hills, and let me tell you...

...the course is playing so fast right now you wouldn't believe it

the ball is doing some crazzzy things

80-100+ yards on the roll isn't out of the question

BTW: Brian, David Toms drove by me yesterday and I yelled "BRIAN MANZELLA!!!" at him and he laughed and gave me the thumbs up

...Kentucky breeds studs...what more can I say? ;)

I'm rooting hard for a PGA win (or high finish) and Ryder Cup selection!

Kenny Perry and JB Holmes partnering it up at the Ryder Cup.... :)

(p.s. I'd have to agree with the fairways being hard assessment...he's long but no one is that long)

---

Holmes hit 9 of 14 fairways and was bombing his driver. He only had 65 yards into the 435-yard first hole, had 210 left on the 593-yard 12th hole and has less than 100 yards on the par-4, 501-yard 14th hole.

“When I hit my driver like I did today, this is an easy sport,” Holmes said
