How do I start to learn how to teach

I would love to teach golf. I try now by passing on what i learn hear from Brians site and have helped some to a certain degree. Is there a format or something to get me started. I have a chance next year to help teach at a high school. And yes I also would play at the top course 3 times a week, but thats not the main reason. I would really really love to teach kids. BUT I would never want to teach like I was taught when I started playing. I believe in what is taught here and I would never sell what I do use...joe

my two cents...

visiting this place everyday and learning little things each day is a great place to start...you'll begin to put pieces of the puzzle together little by little...

there is no format...the more you teach, the better you get...

working with juniors is a great place to start because you can mold them more easily...

Ya but you can also screw up juniors more if you don't know what you're doing.

Start with some high handicappers and fix things on them that you know you can do and progress from there.
