How do you approach training in the Zones (1,2,3)?

How to you approach training in each zone? If thats too much to chew on, How do you best approach training in Zone 1?

Yes I have a gopy of TGM. When I look in Ch 9, will it help me know what to do to train in each zone?
 
Yes the information is in there. How well do you understand the structure of TGM?

Say Zone 1, there are multiple components that need to be trained, as per the basic components on pg119. Now you could train each component (as per you have selected for your procedure) individually, via rehearsal and monitoring. But I believe if you follow Brian's articles on pivot or the other plethora of info on TGM, you are gonna get a pretty decent idea how to do it.
