How do you know if you have a flat left wrist during practice?

Usually the monitor for "good" contact during a range session is if the divot is in front of the ball. But its possible to have a "good" divot if you flip at the ball and don't have a flat left wrist at impact. So how can you tell if you have good impact alignments during practice without videoing yourself?

the feel of a Flat left wrist is unmistakable..your bend right wrist is bent back almost to the limit..its the only way you can achieve a FLW..if that right wrist doesn't feel like you are a waiter holding a tray on the top of your backswing..then chances are the left wrist isn't flat either..=)

at least that's how i feel..=)
