How do you play golf when

you suffer from bps. I'm so sick of hitting push fades followed up by duck hooks. At least when I really sucked I took one side of the golf course out of play. I've read everything I can find yet still see no end in sight. The more left I swing the more I seem to close the clubface atm. Damn this game is frustrating.
 
Feel vs Real...

I'm an decent player (+2 hdcp) and will always fight the same thing as you.

I had a "phone" lesson with Brian while I was struggling at the PNC and while I missed the cut there, the recent rounds I've played have been really good. I'm 13 under on my last four rounds.

My issue was never the iron play, just the driver. I had bps with the best of them. Brian got my shoulder plane working much flatter on the downswing and I've since eliminated the hook and the right shots have been nominal. Even my irons are better.

Keep up the hard work. It will pay off.

My point: I didn't think my shoulder action was too steep. It felt fine. The FEEL was incorrect. My downswing shoulder plane FEELS like it is parallel to the ground. While it's nowhere close to parallel, it does go more out than down than it has in years.
