keep his legs so still in his backswing? they hardly move atall....mine move so much.

has this got to do with internal and external rotation. strength of abductors and quads?

any advice appreciated.

Extreme flexibility. I've seen some of the stretching he does and you would not believe how flexible he is. This is the reason why Brian M. states that it is okay to straighten your right leg on the backswing, because most average golfers aren't flexible enough to do what the pros do.
 
do you have any exercises he does for his legs. im pretty flexible, as i have a titleist performance fitness handicap of 3.2
