Do you pivot hard or medium or just enough to stay "infront of it?"
Scale 0-10:

Driver:8-9.
Fairway woods or long irons: 6-7.
Mid-irons:4-5.
Short irons:3-4.
Wedges:1-3.
Putter:0.

Putter: 0?

Watch anyone hit a putt of twenty feet or more and see his weight shift. That's called pivot...

When any ONE element in a mobile assembly thingee moves, the rest of the system moves to offset, compensate, balance the system. It's one of Newton's laws.... Equal and opposite

My INTENTION is to Pivot the same way (speed and "strength") from wedge to driver.

What actually happens is different of course...

The same PIVOT, but different amplitudes. Ideally, all golf swings are the same: from putt to drive: DNA grows bigger but doesn't change essentials... just appearances because OF the larger amplitude and how it plays out for the anatomy of the individual.
