How to aim....? "tips"

As a pre-Manzella slicer, I am told I still aim well left of target. But I find it so difficult to aim right of target. I recently played a match on a par 4 the hold forced me to aim right of target & I hit the best shot of my life.

Does anyone have tips on how to rid this fear of the right.

I want to try aiming 2 feet or so in front of the ball to see if this helps.

Any suggestions, tips welcome.

I want to aim right to hit the elusive draw, as I am working on SD. Personally I feel comfy hitting a curve ball rather than a dead straight shot.

Going on what has been said in the last week on alignment here on the forum, i'd advise looking for a point 2-3 feet ahead and behind the ball and walking in to be parallel or closed to this imaginary line.

Brian teaches this 'perpendicular line to the target" method (similar to Ben). I never understood how that made aiming EASIER and more accurate. Maybe he can explain.

Thats what I do... Aim 2 feet ahead, aim clubface, and if all goes well, your hitting where you aimed.you just have to trust it, and it took me a while to, but now its second nature.

torvine,
Pick a point about three feet in front of the ball on your desired START line...if that is right of the target, so be it...
Walk in and aim your clubhead at that point, then align your feet to be 90 degrees to yor clubface..
If you want to draw the ball, re-adjust your clubface to be closed to your STARTLINE, but not so closed as to be aiming at the target itself...note, you will have to re-grip when closing the clubface (don't simply rotate the handle/club grip), otherwise the face will be open (relatively speaking) at impact..
