i know we're coming to winter, and we're not playing as much as we want to, but when i do play, right now, im playing terribly. i cant hit the ball straight, cant hit it solidly struck and i cant play to my usual standard. i keep fatting and thining the ball and i know this is caused by releasing too eary, but cannot stop myself and no drills i know have helped me. i have changed from a player of around 9 handi to playin like a 95 shooter. any tips on how to get out of this slump?

Honestly, don't pick up a club or think about hitting a ball for like a month and then go back.

Think of it as rebooting your golf game lol

Ya other than diagnosing and fixing something specific I find if I take a few days off or a week off or w/e and kind of "give up" for a while (usually just out of frustration).....well......it will at least help my sanity. :D

If you're serious enough you shouldn't have to worry about giving up for good either. I know I always will be "back."
