How to stop sliding forward in the downswing?

hi folks, These are some photos of my golf swing (3 wood). I noticed a big problem (among others ), I am sliding forward my left leg a lot in the downswing.

Sometime this movement cause me hands flipping to reach the ball.

I need drills to help me stop getting my club stuck behind me and stopping this ugly leg's slide!!! Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks and best of luck in the coming seminar.

Regards from Buenos Aires, Eduardo.

Take a normal stance and pull your left back until your left toe is equal to your right heel and hit some balls. If you slide you'll fall over.

Thanks Kevin, tomorrow I will try the drill. I hope not hurt me myself....:)

Manzellized speaking...In a good golf swing, is correct the affirmation "slide-and turn (for backswing) and slide and turn (for downswing)". I read this concept in two different places, model swing (Ralph Mann) and Leadbetter.

Kevin that is an awsome drill, I have never heard that one before and makes such perfect sense. I assume it will also help a person learn to get to their left heel as well.
