Cool, Thanks Brian. Ya that definately makes sense...I guess if you don't have a square clubface and a good, descending impact then it doesn't really matter what you do with anything else.
So...you fix the clubface first, starting with small pitch and punch shots and working your way up... and eventually teach how to transport that with a full pivot. Cool stuff.
My favourite drills are to hit balls with my feet together and also to just hit punch shots. That's what I do when I'm off...the punch shots seem to ingrain a solid impact position with a good snap and the feet-together shots kinda do the same but are also good for balance and tempo, because you have to swing smoother or you'll lose your balance. I find if I can get it goin like that then I can usually do it with a real swing.
...I guess Corey just needs steroids though eh.
