Lately I have really been working hard on the fiddle drill, and working on it yesterday, I finally got what aiming point and letting the pivot carry your hands meant. A light bulb really went off.

To create as much lag as possible using the fiddle drill you have got to get your hands past your left foot and they have to be carried there by the pivot.

Here lately I have been guilty of over acceleration with the hands and casting.

Are there any other drills that can produce similar breakthroughs?

For trigger delay, try the "unhurdlable hurdle" and the "Coke Machine drill."
