I need a lag drill...

Brian, could you please let me know a good lag drill. I really struggle with 'throwaway'. I'm a former 'hitter', now a 'swinger'. I just can't seem to keep the wrist cock on the downswing. Would the 'momentus' swing trainer help?

Yes he meant off, however keep the index finger on the club and just leave the thumb off.
