I need to kill my flip.

These are my first attempts at posting swings on the net. Bad camera, no ball, poor angle for viewing, I'm sure. But I'm wearing my lucky Saints shirt, so that has to count for something!

Anyway, let me know what you think. I'm a flipper who is studying COFF and trying to get better.

Those videos are too tough for me to decifer in any depth. Plus, without hitting a ball, it is not your "real" swing.

This has to be the worst first attempt at a video post ever, except for the guy who had his girlfriend video-tape him from 100 yards away. We want to help you. Here are my tips: outside, with a ball, camera on a tripod at height of your hands. Of course I'm being facetious; we're all friends here.

NEVER practice your swing over floor boards, concrete or any surface that doesn't give. You are going to make your flip worse.

Good swings go digging into the turf assuming the ball is not teed up.In other words, down, down, down. That is the way to stop flipping.Swinging over hard surfaces encourage a flip in order not to damage the surface or your clubs.

I have never thought about that. I assumed I could get a correct impact position swinging anywhere. I will improve my practice habits (and video techniques) and report back. Thank you for helping.
