i'm late to the party. question about lining up the club to the ball (squared impact

I have tried to square the club face up from the top with no tugging.

My question is, the club would come extremely square at impact. The result is going straight left with some huge draw.

I thought we were suppose to have slightly open club face at impact. What do i do here?

i went to the range and i think i know why i'm pulling left. I didn't turn enough it was pretty much all arm, and then the goes from top inside and out. So if i swing from that position it's a hook. If I try to line up it would be a dead left pull. All i did was having my back turn to the target and then line up. Small draw but it's better than a dead left pull.
