My hubby and son just got the Mac notebook, they always get the latest and greatest as they are in the business. They just love them. They haven't bought Mac before because of lacking windows etc. No negatives so far.

They both got Macbook Pro, 17". Hubby is running windows also under the Parallels virtual machine. Under that, windows seems to run at full speed. It does get pretty warm so you need something to keep it off your lap. The battery lasts well. There seems to be a lot more software coming available for the Mac, but the build in apps. do pretty much all that you could possibly need.tonyCA said:
