Impact Bag - Can it lead to correcting a flipping action ?

Hi All,

Great Forum - I have both DVD's - NSA & COAFF and think they're great !

As the title says would investing in an impact bag help me correct my backfoot flipping action ?

Also - when will the plane board's be available to buy ?

Welcome,

The plane board is not available and probably will not be. I do think some members here have built their own and can share those dimensions.

I would think working on your pivot as Brian shows in COAFF, would be better practice than an impact bag.

Just my thoughts.........
