Was curious if anyone uses this stuff.
Also if you can hit the driver on the sweet spot every time how many yards would that add on average ?

Hitting the sweetspot won't add anything. However missing it will surely subtract yards.

Sprinkle a little baby powder on the impact side of the ball if tape is not available.Cost is next to nothing.

Just use masking tape. Much cheaper and while it doesn't work quite as well as impact tape, I've found it more than serviceable.

I've used impact tape, as well as erasable marker on the clubface. Both work well. I've read that missing the sweet spot by 1/4" can cause as much as a 10% distance loss. So you'll gain a good bit of distance, and control, by hitting the ball in the middle of the face consistently. It would be worth it to find some kind of way to monitor where you're making contact on the face.
