Yesterday on the range, I would go from adress to impact, really feeling my hips twisted open with my upper body only slightly open. Right arm bent, right shoulder deep. I then tried to make a small backswing, feeling like my lower body never left its impact orientation. I am sure it did, as the arms would pull them back some in the takeaway, but it felt like the connection between the hips and shoulders never broke. I hit some very pure shots straight with compression. It felt like a little chip shot but power was there.
