Improving Hand Speed

Having a great time "closing the gap". Worked a bit with MJ and it has proven to be money well spent.

Soo, given our new found fun with torque, what are y'all doing to improve your hand speed? Can anyone recommend any exercises to improve either hand speed or hand coordination?

Need to grow more myelin..

Google "speed training", should find plenty of ways to develop that Sugar Ray hand speed.
