Is there a way to tell if someone read a PM you sent them?

I think there is a read receipt link you can check when you send the pm, then you can track it through the sent pm folder.

I done and had no idea about this. Kinda neat. Still can't find it though.

I found it. There is a box to check right on the bottom of the send page.
There are a few other options as well which seem kind of cool. I had just sent a couple of PMs that I was unsure if they got there or even if I sent them to the proper place.

Yet again this place surprises me.....in a good way.
