Is this how you increase angle of attack

Check out how high and looks to be foward he is teeing the ball, is this how we can get a higher angle of attack?:)

Pause this video at 37 seconds and see that his driver is setting at the inside of his left heel, then they change cameras on the same shot, pause it at 39 seconds and you can see the ball and it is about 6 inches ahead of the driver which is at the inside of his left heel. I couldnt find any better shots of his setup but it sure looks like he plays the ball outside his left foot.
