I have a swing radar thing that tells you your MPH ..

Anyways ive always had a bad problem of lifting the club on my backswing .. I test my speed on the radar about twice a week and i usually hit 90 to 97

So i just recorded my swing to see if my takeaway is still bad and yep i still pick the club up even though it doesn't feel that way.. Just watched a swing video of matt kuchar and noticed his right hand was still pointing down at the ground halfway back..

So i pull the radar out and try his takeaway and i hit 108 on the radar ,, Try another 5 swings and there all 102 to 108!! What gives ??
How can the way you take the club back increase your swing speed that much?

i seriously doubt if a flatter, more shut face can generate 12 MPH more speed in and of itself. what radar is it? I dont see that much variation on my Trackman very often, even the 90-97 seems like a pretty big spread actually. and if it is accurate your wider arc could account for some of it.
